Have you ever felt different? (As if no one understands you)
Have you ever felt incomplete? (You know something is missing, and cannot seem to find it)
Have you felt unworthy? (Undeserving of happiness, money, or etc.)
These same feelings plagued Judi Miller most of her life. She finally let go of what did not serve her and wrote a book which teaches all of us how to live with transformative love and forgiveness.
Her book is: Perfect: A Path to Love, Forgiveness, and Transformation
“Forgiveness is letting go of stories that no longer serve us.”
Judi Miller
Judi has an amazing story which sparked her personal transformation. She shared a snippet with us as our guest this past Tuesday.
As a child Judi had fears of the dark, the night, and being sexually assaulted, though she had never had any such actual experience. She could sense certain dark, foreboding energies always around her at night.
Night after night Judi would recite the Lord’s prayer over and over until she fell asleep. This routine continued through her adult years until she was married with children.
“In the exhaustion of two children, the terror stopped; the spirits, the energies stopped.”
Judi Miller
Unfortunately, once Judi’s children grew up and left home, the house fell silent again, and the frightening energies returned.
“I literally tip-toed around my house afraid of what I might encounter or see. It felt like someone was standing behind me, and like eyes were staring at me from across every room.”
Judi Miller
Due to an upcoming surgery, Judi sought out a Healer. The first visit with that healer made Judi feel as though a lock had clicked into place. She knew it was a defining moment in her life. Soon, she would discover that Healer would play a bigger part in her life story than Judi could have imagined.
As the Healer and Judi discussed her fear of the dark, no relevant reason for the fear could be found. There was no event in Judi’s past which explained her terror. The Healer introduced Judi to the concept of past lives.
Could that be the answer?
“As you know, we inherit DNA from our parents. Epigenetics is a science which explains the ability to inherit emotions, memories, attitudes, and behaviors from our parents.”
Judi Miller
On her 80th birthday Judi’s mother shared her experience as a 12-year old girl wherein she was attacked and assaulted by her stepfather. It was crystal clear to Judi: The pain and terror she had been feeling was her mother’s pain and fear.
Even more amazing to Judi was the discovery that the ancestor of the Healer she had been working with was the one who had inflicted pain on her family a generation before.
“In that moment of revelation, I could have felt terror, hatred, even betrayal. I did not. All I felt was the immense perfection and beauty of the universe giving us the opportunity for everyone to heal.”
Judi Miller
Judi saw how all our souls are connected and loved. At the moment of her discovery, she heard Ed Sheeran’s song: Perfect.
Well, I found a girl, beautiful and sweet I never knew you were the someone waiting for me
Well, I found a woman, stronger than anyone I know She shares my dreams, I hope that someday I’ll share her home I found a love, to carry more than just my secrets To carry love, to carry children of our own
I have faith in what I see Now I know I have met an angel in person And she looks perfect
The name of Judi’s book emerged. It was perfect!
Her book contains simple exercises so you can learn to embody your own life experiences, lessons, and stories.

Robert Palmer’s ear worm of a song “Addicted to Love” describes love obsession in a rhythmic way:
Your lights are on, but you’re not home
Your mind is not your own
Your heart sweats, your body shakes
Another kiss is what it takes
You can’t sleep, you can’t eat
There’s no doubt, you’re in deep
Your throat is tight, you can’t breathe
Another kiss is all you need
Whoa, you like to think that you’re immune to the stuff, oh yeah It’s closer to the truth to say you can’t get enough You know you’re gonna have to face it, you’re addicted to love
Sherry Gaba, our most recent guest admits to being addicted to love.
“I’ve been married multiple times and want to relinquish the shame love addiction brings on. It’s never too late to recover.”
Love and relationship addiction are process addictions which result in the same brain activity as drug addiction. Any addict needs a fix. With love addicts, they long for an attachment when break ups occur.
“The love addict chases that first high – the drug of that first love of adolescence or early adulthood.”
Sherry Gaba
The relationship addict will:
Over-adapt to what others want
Fear letting go of a relationship
Fear the unknown without a partner
Need to be in a relationship to feel whole
Look to others for affirmation
Give up who they are for fear of losing a partner
“Being alone is scary for a relationship addict, and it begins with early trauma.”
Sherry Gaba
Sherry was a preemie. Living for two and a half months in an incubator meant she was not held, there was no human contact or bonding, and she was fed through her feet.
“I didn’t meet my mother until I was more than 2 months old, and then she was unavailable throughout child-hood. I was a love addict from the get-go.”
Sherry Gaba
It took years for Sherry to understand her obsession with love and relationships, and through therapy work she now makes choices from an embodied place rather than in desperation.
“Healing from addiction is a discovery of yourself.”
Sherry Gaba
Since all addiction comes from early child-hood trauma, you may be prone to addiction yourself. Did you experience any of the following?
Divorced parents
Neglectful parents
Premature birth
Abandonment
Abuse
Child-hood injuries
Addicted or alcoholic parents
You may likely respond to pain as an infant would respond. As an adult you may be clingy, always looking for acceptance and recognition, and do not feel you are enough or have enough.
“A love addict will unconsciously attempt to satisfy his/her need to belong in many ways. The desire is simply an illusion of what love will give you; a fantasy of what you want.”
Sherry Gaba
Sherry’s own mother married a con man after Sherry’s father died because she felt lost without her husband. Despite being 70 years old, she was vulnerable like a child searching for love and belonging, insecure and needy.
Sherry’s mother was taken advantage of financially, physically, and emotionally by a man she likely did not love.
“An illusion which was devastating to the whole family.”
Sherry Gaba
Sherry can help you and loved ones heal from
the addictions related to love, relationships and codependency. Becoming aware
is the first step.
If you want to be in a healthy relationship start by empowering yourself to be happy in your own skin. Have confidence to say what you feel and be strong on your own.
If you expect someone else to fill you up, you will always be disappointed. Break your addiction to love!
Patrick Wanis, PhD is a world-renowned expert on behavioral therapy, specializing in the areas of interpersonal relationships, trauma, and human motivation. He was our guest this past Tuesday, and it was not only eye-opening, but mind opening as well.
Do you know what your emotions mean? When you do, it shifts the way you view the emotion, and can then change your belief system and the actions you take.
This process is exactly what Patrick Wanis helps his clients to facilitate for themselves.
“There is a powerful benefit to understanding emotions.”
Patrick Wanis, PhD
Patrick Suggests two things to do when feeling an intense emotion:
Talk to yourself: “I notice I’m feeling sad. That’s interesting.” Or, “I’m noticing I’m feeling sad. Why is that?”
When you discover the memory that triggered the emotion you’re feeling, you can distance yourself from the emotion. You become the observer and can choose not to feel the emotion.
Coach yourself. (Following is a coaching session with me and Dr, Wanis on the show)
Patrick: “Tell me who Jackie Bailey is – her talents, characteristics and skills. Tell me from third person.”
Jackie: “Jackie Bailey is a leader In the community doing good things. She’s trying to make a difference in the world. She has great speaking skills.”
Patrick: “What is Jackie’s greatest challenge?”
Jackie: “She has many challenges. She tends to do thing on her own rather than involve her network.”
Patrick: “What does Jackie need to do?”
Jackie: “She needs to reach out more and connect; to quit worrying about tasks and build relationship instead.”
Patrick: “Reach out to people to support her?”
Jackie: “Yes, let people know about what she’s doing. If people understood the benefits of her programs, they would be more supportive.”
Patrick: “Do you think Jackie needs to believe in herself more?”
Jackie: “Definitely.”
Patrick: “What would you say to her?”
Jackie: “You got this. There are ups and downs. Focus on the ups, and the downs will come back up.”
Patrick: “What is Jackie’s greatest quality and gift?”
Jackie: “She is a doer. Jackie’s reliable, and she’ll get things done.”
Patrick: “Is her greatest gift that she’s dependable and reliable? What does she bring to the world? What’s her greatest gift?”
Jackie: “She has empathy for people working through traumatic experiences, and she can help them understand how to get to the other side.”
Patrick: “How do you feel after this exercise?”
Jackie: “From third person I can see a different perspective.”
Patrick: “What’s your response to the coaching?”
Jackie: “I need to do it more”
Patrick: “Coach yourself.”
“This exercise makes people stronger, and greater insights will be the result.”
Patrick Wanis, PhD
Do you doubt yourself? I certainly do. What causes us to doubt ourselves?
“It all stems from childhood. Throughout childhood we learn emotions, beliefs, and self-worth in four ways.”
Patrick Wanis, PhD
Watching and copying
Listening and believing
Experiencing and interpreting inaccurately
Observing emotions within the household
“All of this forms the identity of a child and forms their belief system. Children also believe they are the cause for everything happening around them.”
Patrick Wanis, PhD
As babies, we could get our mother to smile and laugh; therefore, when mother gets angry, the child understandably believes he/she caused that as well. We’ve all created inaccurate subconscious beliefs about ourselves.
Dr. Wanis is the creator of SRTT Therapy (Subconscious Rapid Transformation Technique). He ensures his clients don’t relive any childhood pain while bringing new evidence to their belief system.
“We can’t create a new neural pathway when we’re feeling past pain. When we see the emotion from a third-party perspective, we can change the belief system very quickly.”
Patrick Wanis, PhD
A mantra likely created from Patrick’s work with clients may be:
I can see the emotion, therefore I’m not the emotion. I can control my emotion and create a new thought.
Patrick’s work sounds fascinating. He is offering an Audiobook: Neutralize the 7 Emotions That Are Holding You Hostage and a powerful meditation exercise Overcome Fear and Anxiety and Enjoy Peace of Mind, as a gift to our listeners.
Denise Alexander Pyle identifies as a New Way Jew. She is Jewish by heritage yet approaches religion from a metaphysical perspective (NEW); and believes that Jesus is the (WAY) and the truth to follow. A New Way Jew.
She is the author of The Power of 1(0): A Guide to Living the 10 Commandments and the Golden Rule in Modern Times, and last Tuesday’s guest on Life Mastery Radio.
While teaching high school students the Ten Commandments in Sunday School, Denise described an experience wherein she felt channeled to write the bones of her book as a sermon. A few years later she returned to the project with edits and context for her ideas.
The finished project provides us all with a foundation for how we should live on earth.
Adding to the book is what Denise learned while studying the Kabbalah which she describes as an esoteric version of the 10 commandments.
“In Kabbalah there are 10 spheres on the tree of life, and they correlate with the 10 Commandments”
Denise Alexander Pyle
Denise provided some highlights of her book in our interview. She talked about a few commandments.
Thou shalt have no other Gods before me
This speaks about the love and respect we should all have for one another. Be of service. The material “things” do not bring joy. Nurture your soul and the soul of others so you can inspire sustaining life beyond yourself.
Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord in vain
We are all responsible for our own actions. Don’t blame god or invoke His name in our mistakes. We are responsible to pick ourselves up, make own our choices, create our own peace, and forgive others when necessary.
Honor thy father and thy mother
We learn from our elders. Some people in society today want to cancel the lessons from history, but lessons from those who’ve come before us bring different aspects to our own learning.
Everything has a masculine and a feminine. They are not opposites, but compliments to each other. The masculine and the feminine provide different benefits including nurture and protection. Together they take the bounty of earth and make it something more. Some people want to stifle the gift of life.
Thou shalt not kill
Are we guilty of killing dreams and ideas of others? Recently rioters have burned down businesses – tearing down what others have built. No one has the right to take away from another.
Thou shalt not steal
Have you taken an idea from someone else and not given the proper credit? Did you not do the work you were paid to do? Are you giving someone fair value for your services?
Thou shalt not covet
We should not look at our neighbors belongings and covet them. We are here to live our own life, and to be the best version of ourselves.
“The 10 Commandments my seem harsh, and The Golden Rule is the LOVE Jesus added to them. He clarified that when we LOVE the Lord, we LOVE our neighbor. LOVE ties us all together. “
Denise Alexander Pyle
Denise’s book contains universal truths. The 10 Commandments are the foundations for the way we humans must coexist. She has provided modern day applications to use in modern day situations.
Several weeks ago, Chris Burres was on the show. He talked about the ESS60 Molecule which he’d discovered, tested, and has now released onto the market.
His claims are incredible – a 90% longer lifespan in the rats which were tested. Chris provided samples of his product for me, Todd, and our pets both canine and feline.
During this week’s show, with Chris as our returning guest, Todd and I gave a full report of our experience with his product, MyVitalC.
Chris is a research engineer and scientist. His background is in inventions and manufacturing. He owns patents related to explosives. Discovering the use of ESS60 for human consumption was kind of an accident.
Here’s what Todd and I reported following our use of MyVitalC.
Todd’s report:
“My joints feel a little better. Maybe I’m detoxing indicated by the reddened skin under my eyes.
You sent me some for my dogs, too. Their dry skin was better, and their coats were shinier. Overall, I don’t know if I’m going to live longer, but I see positive effects.”
Chris confirmed Todd’s results are typical, and many people in forums describe similar skin reactions and “detoxing”.
“A couple months after selling a particular customer some of the ESS60, and learned he’d ordered 2 more times after that first order, I asked about his results with the product, thinking he’d have a positive testimonial. The customer’s answer to ‘what have you been experiencing?’ was: ‘nothing’.
Chris Burres
Chris came to learn from the customer (through further discussion) that the mans arthritis was better, the “clicking in my knee” was gone, and he was jogging which he hadn’t done in the previous 10 years.
The customer mentioned one last result: “I’ve felt less stress at work. Keep in mind, it’s the same job, same people, same stress. I just feel less stress while at work.”
A side effect of MyVitalC is that people have renewed energy, and therefore are often motivated to participate in activities they might not otherwise act with. Chris claims the most consistent testimonial is better sleep.
Jackie’s report:
“I am a rather complicated case. I have fibromyalgia, and I manage it well. I also have a broken ankle that will be surgically repaired for the second time in a week. This has caused an inflammatory response. I also have gut issues perhaps related to Epstein Barr.
I started taking the immunity blend which contains MCT oil. I noticed right away when I was working out, I had more strength, stamina, and energy. I also noticed the ability to handle stress better. I didn’t whig out when technical issues occurred, I simply worked through it and handled it. I will take the Immunity Blend again.“
“I have two dogs, and they immediately stopped scratching. Their fur has been so soft and fluffy. I see huge benefits with the dogs, and we’ve already reordered the canine formula on a subscription.”
Chris suggested we read a book written by Steven Gundry, MD:
“As you’re reading these books, the testimonials stated therein are also our product testimonials. Dr. Gundry is taking our product.”
Chris Burres
It was delightful to have Chris back on the show. Stay tuned for another opportunity to hear from Chris Burres on a future episode of Life Mastery Radio
Coach Debby joined us for the show this week. She knows our guest, Eddie Purpose since she’s helping him write a book. It was delightful to have Coach Debby back on Life Mastery Radio.
What a story Eddie must tell in his book, which he’s been writing since 2008! We’re happy he shared part of it with us.
“I was born into chaos, and that has proven to be a generational problem. I did not have an active father. As the youngest child, my older brother became my role model – but he didn’t know he was supposed to model for me.”
Eddie Purpose
Despite being a pretty good football player with a promising athletic future in high school, Eddie left practice one day to steal.
“You can call it a poverty crime – wanting to get ahead in a way that wasn’t available to me without dishonesty. I may have wanted to impress my older brother, proving I could get things on my own.”
Eddie Purpose
Eddie was caught and convicted at the age of 16 for committing an armed home invasion. However, before he was placed in prison, he went on the run. He was captured at the age of 18 and served time until his release at age 31.
You might ask why someone would make a choice that will likely lead to death or prison. Eddie shared a thought-provoking answer to that question:
“It’s like any other addiction – smoking, alcohol, etc. It’s an addiction to a lifestyle. You know it’s not good for you, but you’re comfortable with it, and it’s difficult to shake.”
Eddie changed his life in prison, but not because of prison itself.
“Prison does not reform nor rehabilitate. I met the smartest men in prison, and they helped to empower me. I learned it takes a real leader to inspire someone to think a more positive way in the midst of a negative situation.”
Eddie is thankful for multiple programs which are helping prisoners, and for the men who provided vision for his future outside of prison.
Now Eddie is the Founder of a nonprofit organization in Seattle Washington called Progress Pushers. Their mission is to empower youth affected by societal systems so they can live in their greatness.
It began in 2018 providing help to people ages 12-24. They gather and discuss real life issues, and while the groups now meet online, they also help individuals too.
“If they need rent paid. If they need a couch; if they have a phone bill which needs paid, we have financial resources to help. Then we mentor them through long-term solutions”
Eddie Purpose
Progress Pushers desires to break generational patterns through life skills training. They help with resume writing, interview coaching, and civic engagement.
Eddie asks the individuals who come to him:
“When you look in the mirror, what do you see, what are your goals, and what tools do you need to reach your goals?”
Because Eddie wants to break generational patterns, he legally changed his last name from Howard (given to his family by slaveholders) to Purpose. He feels empowered by this simple act. He’s ready to help others change their generational norms as well.
The Power Pushers website is still under
construction. But keep this on your radar since Eddie and his program are
destined to help many people with unexpected outcomes.
You know those puzzles we played as kids?
Identify what’s wrong with a certain picture?
Last week’s guest tells us there’s a lot wrong with the picture of suicide and the way we look at it, deal with it, and avoid talking about it.
She became an entrepreneur by accident operating a home-based daycare business. There was a need, and she listened. Action was taken, and Jackie Simmons found success in the process.
Years later Jackie learned a secret her daughter was hiding. It happened one year ago.
“I was hosting an event and my daughter was speaking. She gave a 7-minute talk that not only rocked my world, it launched a mission.”
Jackie Simmons
Jackie’s daughter shared a statistic from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC): 3000 young people a day attempt suicide in the United States. What rocked Jackie’s world was when her daughter admitted she thinks of taking her life.
“When I was 14…”
Jackie’s daughter shared her multiple suicide attempts, which Jackie knew about. The problem, Jackie realized, is that they hadn’t talked about it for 20 years.
“I sold myself on the idea that if she was getting professional help, we didn’t need to talk about it. I didn’t know how deadly the silence could be until she shared that, at 37 years old, she still struggles with thoughts of suicide.”
Jackie Simmons
Jackie wondered: “How could I have missed this…again?”
“Mom, I want to start a program helping teens learn coping skills BEFORE they need them.”
Jackie and her daughter went into schools and began talking to teenagers. As much as she didn’t want to talk about this subject 20 years ago, Jackie feels she must talk about it today.
“I stood in a room of high school students and learned 100 percent of them had attempted suicide, knew someone who had attempted suicide, or knew someone who was successful at committing suicide. 100 percent!”
Jackie Simmons
The tragedy is that parents to most of these kids would believe their child is “normal” and would never attempt suicide; that they’d be able to see the signs.
Jackie told us on her interview that “normal” IS thinking of suicide. Most kids think about it. Because of the stigma which surrounds suicide, they don’t tell anyone they’re thinking about it. Then, they try not to think about it. They try so hard to not think about it, that it becomes something they can’t stop thinking about.
“You can go the websites like CDC, and NAMI, and they’ll provide the warning signs of suicide. But here’s what bothers me about those checklists:”
Most people don’t know there’s a checklist until after someone they know has committed suicide or attempted to do so.
There’s no disclaimer on any of the checklists I could find which states “There may have been no signs…“
Jackie calls that a ticket to Shouldville. “I should have seen it; I should have done something.”
Jackie claims to have lived in Shouldville for over 20 years.
Have you ever lived in Shouldville? Get out quickly!
The Suicide Risk Indicators
“You or your family might be at risk for suicide if someone in your family…”
Struggles with a chronic illness or chronic pain
Has an addiction of any kind (being right, being on devices, chemicals, drugs, alcohol, sex, etc.)
Struggles with ongoing financial issues
Knows someone who’s tried or died
Has something about them that’s a little different (disability, accent, new in town)
WE ARE ALL AT RISK
Jackie had too many helpful tips to share them all in this blog post, and it’s worth listening again and again to her interview.
Golden pearls are a rare, deep gold colored gem resulting from irritation of a foreign substance inside a living oyster. They are often referred to as a 24k golden pearl and grow in the South Sea of Indonesia.
Because Golden Pearls are so rare, they provide an excellent metaphor for transcendence, and relates to the experiences and lessons shared in the book written by our recent guests Dr. Allen Lycka and Harriet Tinka.
It was delightful to hear their individual stories, and I was inspired with a desire to possess the 13 pearls they teach of.
In 2003, Dr. Allen Lycka heard a neurologist
say: “You have Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), and
you have six months to live. Get your affairs in order.”
One late evening, Harriet Tinka walked into the elevator in her college dorm building when someone grabbed her neck from behind.
“You thought you could escape me?”
Harriet recognized the voice. It was the stalker who had managed to walk into the secured building, despite the restraining order she had filed against him.
Harriet was kidnapped, stabbed, and left for dead.
Dr. Lycka:
First, I reacted with anger. How could this be? I was only 52 years old. I was at the peak of my career, my life. How could this be? I was too young to die. It was so unfair.
I plunged harder into my work. If I were going to die, I’d have something to show for it at the end. I then became depressed. I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t eat. My work began to suffer.
For the first time, I thought of suicide. I bargained with God. “I will do anything if you don’t let me die”. I became angry. I was in denial.
It is true that when your life is near the end, you begin to see things more clearly. You begin to see patterns, things you could never see otherwise. You reach out. So, I began a journey– a journey to find my true diagnosis. I wasn’t going down without a fight. And I did not accept I had ALS and was going to die.
Harriet Tinka:
The courts gave my abuser only three months in jail. I was outraged with the judge’s decision to give him such a lenient sentence for attempted murder.
I fell into a deep depression. I would cry silently, with no one to help. I was an embarrassment and failure to everyone in my life.
Determined to end my life, I bought a bottle of sleeping pills, took them, and went to sleep. I woke up disoriented. Trying to end my life was another failure.
Then I met Amber in the hospital. A drunk driver ran a red light and struck their vehicle with such force that it instantly killed both her parents.
Amber would be confined to a wheelchair for the rest of her life. She was motherless, fatherless, and homeless. Yet, she was full of joy and happiness. I asked her why she exuded joy after enduring such a tragedy.
She looked at me with a sincere smile and whispered, ‘I am lucky to be alive. Now here’s a challenge for you – you are alive too. Why don’t you use your experience to make a difference in your world?’
You’ll have to read their book to learn how Dr. Lycka and Harriet Tinka regained their love for life. However, I will share a few of their GOLDEN PEARLS.
#1: Love
“Hopes are more powerful than despair. Joy always triumphs over sorrow.”
Dr. Allen Lycka
#2: Inspiration
“Be “the inspiration” for someone else.”
Harriet Tinka
#5: Intention (Purpose)
“Ikigai (生き甲斐, pronounced [ikiɡai]) is a Japanese concept that means “a reason for being.”
Harriet Tinka
#7: Forgiveness
“Forgiveness is a conscious, deliberate decision to release feelings of resentment or vengeance toward a person or group who has harmed you, regardless of whether they deserve your forgiveness.”
Harriet Tinka
#11: Laughter
“An onion can make people cry but there’s never been a vegetable that can make people laugh.”
Will Rogers
Their book is not something you read only once. Dr. Lycka suggests that you must read it again and again. My suggestion for you is to simply read it, and enjoy it…
“It’s really cool to be different. We are all here to raise consciousness. The more light you have, the more the darkness attacks you.”
Kimberly Meredith
Our guest this past Tuesday has a long resume of spiritual gifts. Kimberly Meredith is a:
Medical Medium
Trance Channeler
Hands-on Healer
Spiritual Teacher
Spiritual Speaker
Vessel for God, Mother Mary, Ascended Masters, Angels, and Advanced Civilizations
Kimberly is often compared to Edgar
Cayce, the Father of Holistic Medicine, himself a Medical Medium, and the most
documented psychic of the 20th Century.
Kimberly has healed and helped many thousands of people, removing tumors, restoring hearing, curing cancer, correcting immobility, and completely alleviating people of disease.
Kimberly is able to “scan” people and animals faster and more accurately than any MRI, ultrasound or thermography machine, accurately diagnosing diseases and symptoms. Through her healing mediumship and blinking eyes, Kimberly is then guided to perform laying-on of hands or psychic surgery to heal these conditions through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Kimberly’s gifts manifest through her eyes blinking up to 20 Multidimensional Codes, including three consecutive blinks, which indicate Divine Confirmation. She communicates through divinely-guided sign language, and she also speaks in 5th Dimensional Etheric Angelic Light Language in order to heal, awaken, and move humanity forward.
Using 41 different code eye blinks, Kimberly scans human beings with her hands and diagnoses disease. She’s a Trans-Channeler, and blinks when she’s in a trance. This happens almost constantly.
Kimberly has had paranormal experiences since childhood. She was given the pet name of “Chon” a Vietnamese word meaning God.
At three years of age, Kimberly brought a dead bird back to life. Her dog had once seized, and with CPR Kimberly brought the dog back as well. At such a young age, she didn’t understand her spiritual gifts, but came to understand her great grandmother had had similar shamanic talents.
In one year, (2013) Kimberly had two
near death experiences, which she called her “awakening”. She accepted her
gifts and began to have many deep spiritual experiences. “You are here to help”
said a voice from God.
Kimberly hosts her own syndicated radio program, The Medical Intuitive Miracle Show, broadcast live weekly on KCAA Radio 102.3 FM – 1050 AM – 106.5 FM and streaming worldwide on KCAARadio.com, Spotify, Stitcher, iHeartRADIO, Tiki, and Spreaker.
If you’re impressed with Kimberly’s long list of talents, imagine how thrilled we were to have her on Life Mastery Radio.
Kimberly has recently written an ebook titled: Coronavirus Top 21 Protection Tips, very timely in the midst of our current pandemic.
Coronavirus: Top 21 Protection Tips provides easy-to-use techniques that will reduce your chances of getting the virus. The book also contains tips for strengthening your immune system so that in the event you do contract the virus the impact will be less severe.
Please visit Kimberly’s website for more information about her talents and programs to help YOU: www.thehealingtrilogy.com
So far 2020 has been the year of social isolation, losses of income, business, and routine. Varied emotions such as sadness, fear, worry, anxiety, and hopelessness are keeping us up at night, suppressing our immune system, and making us susceptible to the very virus that’s been causing all of the above.
On the most recent show of Life Mastery Radio, we had two experts who are helping all of us break the cycle of stress and sleeplessness.
Chris Burres is a research
engineer and scientist whose primary mission is to help people live longer,
healthier, pain-free lives. He co-founded SES Research providing ESS60 to the
2012 Paris Baati Study, finding that subjects taking it lived 90 percent longer
than control groups.
Patrick Wanis, PhD is a world-renowned expert on behavioral therapy. He is the creator of SRTT Therapy (Subconscious Rapid Transformation Technique) designed for trauma, PTSD, and other behavioral and relational issues.
These two guests coming from very different backgrounds have come together to restore the mind-body connection so important to our wellness.
We learned the following during our interview:
Dr. Wanis offers an audio book titled: “7 Emotions that are Holding you Hostage Right Now and Keeping you from Peace of Mind” It’s FREE to our viewers right now! https://www.myvitalc.com/lifemastery/
Dr. Wanis offers a FREE self guided meditation at the same link.
ESS60 is a Nobel Prize-Winning molecule manufactured since 1991. Users report extraordinary sleep benefits
Supplements and sleep aids are not helpful in improving sleep because they essentially knock you out, and your body does not experience REM sleep, which is needed for nightly healing.
During the Covid-19 Pandemic, Dr. Wanis has created an ongoing series of videos designed to help people get through the crisis.
