It’s that natural, transitional state between wakefulness and sleep.
It’s in this state that we are most susceptible to new ideas.
We got the big picture of hypnosis and both the powerful and realistic notions of what it can do for us in our interview with George Kappas (full bio below).
We learned how it works and how to use it as a tool to assuage fears, change habits, manage addictions, and achieve goals.
This is a fascinating topic, one we were more smitten with than expected.
One final teaser: In hypnosis, you target your willingness. “Willingness is a symptom of belief” – once we believe something, emotion and behavior follow.
