MaryPurdy1December 10, 2013.  Guest: Mary Purdy joins us for a Holiday plan to keep you celebrating without the regrets.  How many times have your thought about indulging in holiday foods and dealing with the outcome in the new year? Sound familiar?  Mary will help all of us all stay conscious about our commitments without talking the fun out of celebrating.  Mary is a nutritionist and registered dietician at Nourishing Balance in Seattle.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. and  earned a degree from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. In addition to her private practice at Seattle Healing Arts, she is a clinical supervisor at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health.  Her approach to nutrition both holistic and integrative. She regularly teaches nutrition workshops all over Seattle and provides wellness presentations for Seattle businesses. Mary has written nutrition columns for Seattle PI and Northwest Prime Time.
