She saw the demand for a high-level support rising and created the International Association of Online Business Managers in 2008 — the home of the Certified OBM® Training — the only program of its kind. In the 10 years since its inception, the OBM (Online Business Manager) industry has now become established as a key role on the team of fast-growing online and virtually based businesses.
