Tina is a leadership and growth expert for service providers who are a part of big missions, as well as, the author of the award-winning book, The Entrepreneur’s Trap.

With her natural ability to bring both strategy and implementation to the table, Tina quickly began working with 6 to 7-figure leaders within the coaching industry, and thus, the role of the Online Business Manager was born. Yoga the Ancient Way

Join us on Tuesday, October 23rd at 10:00 a.m. PST / 1:00 EST for a live show with Sindy Warren, a radiant certified yoga instructor.  She is the author of Radi8: Using the Practice of Yoga to Cultivate Your Inner Shine.  Get to know Sindy’s natural and down-to-earth style as she offers techniques for thriving in today’s world while utilizing the ancient wisdom of yoga. In addition to teaching yoga, she is a mindfulness meditation instructor certified through The Mindfulness Center in Bethesda Maryland.

Sindy’s philosophy is constant throughout the book — Yoga is so much more than mere exercise. As Sindy clearly understands,”Yoga is an eight-limbed path aimed at helping us move closer to our true selves, our inner beings. One of the most significant, albeit least known parts of the practice is captured by the word ‘stillness’. The journey of yoga involves a slowing down’ a settling and stilling whereby we move from the distractions of the external world into our interior landscape.”

You can find Sindy Warren at Yoga Roots in Cleveland, Ohio.  She also serves as a Lululemon Ambassador. And now for the surprise!  Sindy is an employment lawyer with her own consulting business, Warren & Associates LLC. She incorporates the eight limbs by helping managers reach their highest potential.

We find her to be a very inspirational women.  Sindy claims, “Indeed, there is much wisdom to be gained from the old yogi adage ‘don’t just do something, sit there’!”  Join us for a transformational discussion!  www.yogaforyourbestlife.com

Start the School Year Feeling Inspired

For our live show on September 25th, Todd Alan and I welcome back writer, activist, and parent Mary DeMocker!  Her book offers the perfect support to help you and the kiddos in your life begin this school year feeling inspired.  The Parents’ Guide to Climate Revolution: 100 Ways to Build a Fossil-Free Future, Raise Empowered Kids, and Still Get a Good Night’s Sleep (April 2018 from New World Library).

Starting with a project on her own front lawn to protest proposed fracking in Oregon, DeMocker’s project united her neighborhood, gave attention to the issue, brought in young children who helped with postcards and teenagers who drew social media attention. It made the news. Their families and friends showed up to cheer them on and left with a sense of optimism. And then parents came and asked, “Do you have a list of ten things I can do?”  That list grew into her new book, which offers ten times the number of things families can do to grow closer and revolutionize. And it’s a menu of possibilities, not a ‘to-do’ list that no single human being, much less a busy parent could accomplish.  Learn more about Mary at:  http://www.marydemocker.com/

Please feel free to contact Coach Debby by Facebook messenger and send it your text question.  We read as many listener questions on the show as possible, and we just might choose yours!

Never Underestimate those Dreams!

Dream Analyst Layne Dalfen believes all dreams have an important and challenging invitation that helps you “become who you are intended to be!”  She doesn’t subscribe to the idea that certain types of dreams mean the same thing to everyone. “The associations our unconscious develops are as unique to each person as their fingerprint, “

In her books–the first shorter volume subtitled The Overview, and the second, subtitled A Deeper Discussion— she shows you how to analyze, evaluate and map your own dreams for the clues that will truly set you free, and bring you closer to what you really desire in life.

With a 45-year deep background in dream study on the works of Freud, Jung, Perls and Adler, Dalfen shows the process that enables you to understand what your subconscious is trying to reveal to you while you sleep, how that applies directly to some issue that is stressing you, and then the way to use the information presented therein to find the solution.

Oftentimes, you are stuck in a situation because you are continuing to react based on the beliefs and habits that were instilled in you from childhood. Lifelong patterns are your default behavior. This is often your “shadow” side holding back out of fear. But your dreams show you new possibilities-new ways to respond-that would never have occurred to you under the old paradigm, opening you up to your full creative expression–unlimited by past repetitive constructs. Thus, as you reach for and act on these new alternatives, you can discover and experience your true potential.

In her book, Have a Great Dream: Decoding Your Dreams to Discover Your Full Potential, Dalfen encourages you to keep trying her techniques until you hit that “Aha!” moment that illuminates what your subconscious is really trying to tell you.
